This breathwork masterclass is a guided experience designed to help you build a healthier relationship with your breath and nervous system.
Through conscious breathing, gentle breath holds, intentional activation, and calming coherence practices, you’ll learn breath awareness, and how to move between activation and calm with awareness and ease.
The class follows a natural arc:
• Settling and grounding the body
• Brief, intentional activation to build resilience
• Returning to balance, coherence, and calm
Rather than pushing intensity, this practice focuses on nervous system regulation, helping the body become more comfortable with stillness, feeling, and controlled activation. By improving CO₂ tolerance and breath efficiency, participants often experience greater calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness both during the practice and in daily life.
This is not about forcing the breath or achieving peak states. It’s about learning to listen, regulate, and respond differently to stress through conscious breathing and presence.
