How I Rebuilt My Body and Mind After Years of Stress and Injuries.
Back when I was a Division 1 baseball player, pushing through injuries was just part of the game. Two knee surgeries, a dislocated shoulder, hernia surgery, thumb surgery, and relentless back spasms — I thought this was just the price of being an athlete at a high level.
Later, as a small business owner dealing with insurance carriers, sales and nonstop stress, I pushed through that too, going against everything my body was telling me.
But here’s the truth: I had none of the tools I needed. No one taught me how to release stress, align my body, calm my mind, or use my breath to perform under pressure. The result? A misaligned body, a stressed-out mind, and a shallow breath that only kept the cycle going.
It wasn’t until I found yoga, breathwork and coaching that things finally came back into harmony. Yoga realigned my body and cleared out years of tension. Breathwork gave me the power to clear my mind, release stress, and to connect the mind and body in a way that changed everything. Coaching gave me the mental tools and organization to take action and transform myself.
